Publisher
Roman Henggeler is the publisher of Years & Yield. He holds a Master of Sport Science and Geography and has been a physical education teacher for more than 15 years, with experience in elite sport as well as recreational sport.
He keeps working on making his own life healthier, more content and happier. Years & Yield shares what research says really matters along the way.
